A fresh take on Jewel Tones for your Wedding
Deep hues and lush fabrics aren’t just for the winter months. Apply these elements in the right way and you’ll have a striking and unique look any time of the year.
An easy and affordable way to add the illusion of height and pops of colour to your table setting is with candles. We used black and maroon candles in copper and glass holders to complete the look.
According to the ladies at Sitting Pretty, coloured glasses is a trend we’ll be seeing more of in the upcoming wedding season. Combine simple glass champagne flutes with coloured wine glasses for a striking effect.
Add some texture for a luxurious effect – nothing like a touch of velvet to create an atmosphere of opulence. For the wedding couple’s table, we used a velvet two-seater in a deep maroon. This is a creative way to introduce texture, colour and comfort whilst making the wedding couple feel extra special.
The special day of JP and Sunelle, captured by Aglow Photography, beautifully shows a jewel tone wedding done right! See more on her blog.
